A married couple, Heorhiy and Yaryna, return to their home after it has been liberated from occupation, a place where Russians had previously lived. Through the presence of a booby trap left behind in the house, we witness the couple’s efforts to rebuild their lives, gradually distancing themselves from the war that still surrounds them. As they retreat further into their own, enclosed world, their reality becomes increasingly surreal, while the war—represented by the booby trap—subtly extends its presence right under their noses.
