On Equals

The film “On Equals” was created within the framework of the cross-sectoral social project “On Equals”, funded by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation. In collaboration with the “AIC” Charity Foundation, the project addresses the issue of employment for people with disabilities in Ukraine. As part of the project, a sociological study was conducted, resulting in an analytical report, five social videos were produced and presented at the SAAD Social Advertising Festival in Kyiv, and a documentary film was made to tell five different stories of people with disabilities and their employment experiences. An inclusive online platform for job opportunities was also launched.
